This course reviews how to navigate the scene and communicate with the homeowner or property manager to assist in the security of the sale. There will be many advanced sales tactics and techniques released during the course for use on-site and in the field. Your team will learn how to communicate professionally with a homeowner who has just experienced a fire to secure their attention within the first minute of the incident. This course will also review techniques for establishing a lasting, professional, and positive relationship within local fire departments. Lastly, learn to properly manage, handle, and obtain a position on the board-up list.
